Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 2, 2026
Last updated: May 2, 2026
PremiChart ("PremiChart," "we," "us," or "our") is a stock-market analysis and position-tracking app published by PREMICHART LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use PremiChart, how we use it, and the choices you have about that information.
By using PremiChart, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.
1.1 Information you provide directly
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text). Account services are provided by Supabase, our authentication and database provider.
Watchlist symbols. Stock symbols you add to your watchlist.
Position records. Trade entries you log in the Position Tracker — including stock symbol, entry price, quantity, entry date, optional notes, and exit details. PremiChart does not execute trades; we only record what you enter.
Notification preferences. The symbols and timeframes you've subscribed to alerts for, and your minimum confidence threshold.
In-app settings. Theme, indicator periods, and other display preferences.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Device information. Operating system, device model, app version, and crash diagnostics. We use this to debug issues and prioritize device support.
Push notification token. A unique, device-specific identifier (issued by Apple Push Notification Service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) used solely to deliver alerts you've subscribed to. We do not use this for tracking.
Usage logs. When you make a request to our backend (for stock quotes, indicators, or pattern analysis), we log the timestamp and the symbol/parameters of the request — not your identity — to operate and improve the service.
1.3 Information we do NOT collect
PremiChart does not collect:
Your location
Your contacts, calendar, photos, or microphone audio
Browsing history outside the app
Biometric data
Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, etc.).
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
Authenticate you and keep your account secure
Show you the stock data, charts, and indicators you request
Save your watchlist, position records, and preferences across sessions
Send you the push notifications you've explicitly subscribed to
Diagnose crashes and improve app reliability
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your trade entries with anyone outside the processors listed in Section 4.
On your device. Your position ledger, watchlist (when offline), and in-app settings are stored locally on your device using your operating system's secure storage. They never leave your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
On our servers. Account credentials, server-side notification subscriptions, and aggregated usage logs are stored in Supabase's hosted infrastructure (US-based by default) and on application servers we operate.
Third-party services. Push notification tokens are passed through Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for delivery only.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS for all data in transit, hashed and salted passwords, and access controls on backend systems. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
If we discover a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators within the timeframes required by law.
You have the right to:
Access your data. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct your data. Update your email or other account information from within the app.
Delete your account and data. Email us at [your support email] or use the in-app account deletion option. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
Disable notifications. Turn off push notifications in your iOS / Android system settings, or unsubscribe per-symbol from within the app.
Export your data. Request a machine-readable export of your account data.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to portability and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. (We do not sell personal information.)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10.
PremiChart is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected such information, we will delete it. PremiChart is rated 17+ on the App Store / Mature on Google Play because it discusses financial markets and individual security analysis.
Important investment disclaimer
PremiChart is an informational and educational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Pattern overlays, indicator signals, projections, and the Position Advisor are computational outputs that may be wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
PremiChart does not execute trades. The Position Tracker is a recordkeeping tool — entering a position in PremiChart has no effect on any brokerage account. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You should consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Use of PremiChart is at your own risk.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of PremiChart after a change means you accept the updated policy.
